Warranty Terms
All 4-stroke watercraft are warrantied against functional and mechanical defects for a period of sixty days from invoice date. This warranty does not cover cosmetic items, including but not limited to: seat covers, decals, trim panels, and paint. It does not cover engine damage caused by water ingestion or lack of oil, ingestion of foreign debris in the jet pump, collision, or operator error, abuse, or neglect. It does not cover units used for commercial purposes including rental activities. Towing, recovery, and remote service calls are not covered. The unit must be returned to the place of purchase for service under these terms. Wizards Powersports reserves the right to repair the unit, replace the unit with one of like kind, or refund the purchase price, at their sole discretion.
